We offer two types of yoga, one which is a more relaxing and meditative YinNidra yoga and another which is a more vigorous Hathayoga. Read more about each type below.
Yin Nidra Yoga

YinNidra is a unique Yoga developed by Linda. A slow and profound yoga combined with nervous system regulation that works with the body’s joints, connective tissue and meditation. Start the day with stillness, awareness, increase mobility and create pain relief from everyday stressful lifestyles.
Hatha yoga
WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY
Hatha yoga is a purifying and balanced yoga that nourishes the body from the inside.
We start the day by experiencing a gentle, conscious activity with a focus on getting in step with the body’s flows while we boost the immune system, the lymphatic system and your joy of life.

On nice days we have yoga outdoors on the lawn next to the beach, in worse weather we have yoga in one of our spacious tents with a view of the sea. Here you can borrow all the equipment you may need during your hour of calm, such as yoga mats, blocks, pillows and blankets.
